Since 2019, I have had the opportunity to work amongst multiple IT roles in both Internal and MSP environments in London and on the Gold Coast. I am highly motivated and have a proven ability to carry out all tasks in an efficient manner at a high level. I have a strong interest in learning new technologies, building systems and automating workflows. A team player with great communication skills and a full QLD driver license.

- Built and configured a Microsoft tenancy, then migrated 100+ user and device objects from a hybrid (AD - AzureAD) setup to cloud-only environment. (Entra + Intune + Defender + AutoPilot)
- Disconnection and shut down down of on premise domain controllers
- Configured and deployed Windows Defender to replace WebRoot AV to 100+ endpoints attached to on-premise domain controllers within a tight timeline of 5 days
- Automating on-boarding and off-boarding process in both hybrid + cloud-only environments using GPO and/or Autopilot + Intune
- Created Log Analytic Workspace & Azure Automations setup to monitor sign-ins of newly implemented break-glass accounts
- Configured SSO + managed identities for various access requests
- Built a function tool on Microsoft Forms that connects to Power Automate and other APIs to automate workflows for users
- Sharepoint audit, consolidation and restructuring using correct group access permission structures for whole company
MSP environment supporting 60+ clients across the City of London both remote and frequently on-site for support + liaising with contractors + project scoping. Providing support to internal escalations from the 1st + 2nd line and direct requests from clients via tickets, phone, emails or in person requests.
Technical Breakdown
- Extensive experience in a variety of on-premise, hybrid and cloud-based tenancies / infrastructure (AD + RSAT + EMC)
- Managing cloud-based Office 365 + Google Suite tenancies for multiple clients including Azure, 365 Admin, Intune MDM, Exchange, Sharepoint and Defender, etc.
- Monitoring alerts queue, basic server maintenance, certificate renewals, security breaches, etc.
- Set up and maintenance of client OneDrive, Sharepoint and DropBox storage systems
- Proficient at creating scripts in PowerShell to automate repetitive tasks for use on-premise and in the cloud (Azure)
- Email signature management + deployment through Exclaimer and CrossWare
- Security alert processing, anti-virus software + email delivery management using Hornet Security,
- RocketCyber, Duo (MFA) and With-Secure/Sentinel One
- Extensive understanding of Apple Business Manager and MDM/APN Certificate Hosting. Including setup and maintenance.
- Physical switch / patch panel maintenance, cable management, switch setups and port patching. (Cisco Meraki + Unifi cloud controllers)
- Experience in server administration, set up and troubleshooting of network including connections, file shares, printers, FTP, DHCP/DNS, TCP/IP addressing.
- Extensive Excel skills for exporting, analysing and extracting data for presentation to clients, most commonly auditing tenancies / databases.
