I am highly motivated and have a proven ability to carry out all tasks in an efficient manner at a high level.   • Configured and deployed Windows Defender to replace WebRoot AV to 100+ endpoints attached to on-premise domain controllers within a tight timeline of 5 days

Support Analyst (3rd Line)

Cubit Technology - MSP - London UK

MSP environment supporting 60+ clients across the City of London both remote and frequently on-site for support + liaising with contractors + project scoping. Providing support to internal escalations from the 1st + 2nd line and direct requests from clients via tickets, phone, emails or in person requests.

Technical Breakdown

  • Extensive experience in a variety of on-premise, hybrid and cloud-based tenancies / infrastructure (AD + RSAT + EMC)
  • Managing cloud-based Office 365 + Google Suite tenancies for multiple clients including Azure, 365 Admin, Intune MDM, Exchange, Sharepoint and Defender, etc.

Projects

Outside of my profressional role, I enjoy working on my homelab.

Linux Ubuntu server homelab - Self-hosted and managed Linux Ubuntu server set up within my home network on my Raspbery Pi 5.
Pi-Hole Ad-blocking + DHCP / DNS - Built within the homelab server, I have configured Pi-Hole which blocks all inbound/outbound ads and trackers through the router. Additionally, this also serves as the primary DHCP + DNS server for the home network.
The Library - Blog style documentation site - A collection of guides compiled over time as I learn and implement new systems into my homelab as a way to guide people to clear objectives. Hosted on CloudFlare / GitHub
